I took an older Subaru with some weird electrical issues to 0500. I asked for the cheapest fix that was functional and safe. They were so great. Gave me exactly what I asked for and didn't try to upsell me anything. Thank you, thank you

Nothing was pushed onto me. Right off the bat, I could tell the manager, Chris, did his homework on my car and my issue. He asked clarifying questions that helped to pinpoint what I wanted done to my car. He never invalidated my claims or shot me down. He was upfront about pricing and even offered to call if anything came up they needed to fix. The service was great, too! I’ve never taken my car to a shop that takes as great care of it and provides me with as much feedback and detail as this one. Thanks to the relatively affordable diagnostics test, I now know exactly what is wrong with my car. Take your car here if you also hate expensive, unreliable, and abrasive mechanic experiences.
