They have given recommendations for maintenance and are never pushy about trying to sell extra services. They are the only place we will go to. I love the full summary of your auto's innards and outards with pictures that they provide with every visit: makes it REALLY easy to maintain an accurate record of service so I can know when my brakes were last checked and how much longer they've got, etc.
