Drove over from Washington with 4 kids and our truck broke down. These people replaced our entire clutch in 48 hours while we rented a car. My family and I took a vacation to Yellowstone, while we were driving through Idaho Falls we started to have engine problems. We got to Rexburg and got a hotel for the night. The next morning I called 0500 mechanics, they told to bring it in and they would get to it as soon as they could. They were honest with me and said there were a few cars they had to finish with before helping me. I took the car in thinking that we would be stuck in a hotel for a few days with waiting, and that our vacation would be ruined. They called me that same morning and told me they found the problem and it was a faulty alternator. They could fix it the same day. The price was fair and the job done right. I was able to take my family on our vacation after all and it was great!

The day before a long road trip, I noticed something on my truck that needed to be fixed quickly. 0500Mechanics were able to move things around and fix my truck quickly. I really appreciate their customer service and attention to detail.

Kind, fast, and got my repair done within hours of me calling! Update: this was initially a lower rating but Chris was more than fair with my request to get things straightened out and I appreciate his service.

I’m sorry you feel like that. We always strive to provide the best service with best quality. I’m sorry the master cylinder we replaced and clutch system flushed. Does not look like a big part?? I’m really not sure how to explain the whole process of repairing. Be sure that the work completed was with the most qualified technician and has a very good warranty. I will be sure and call you about this on Monday.
