They were able to quickly fit in replacing my timing belt during a clearly, busy day for them. Chris and his staff never talked down to me and answered, in detail, every question I had. I have never had the same kind of down-to-earth service at a dealership. My service included a free NAPA service warranty, so I am always taken care of even if I am nowhere near Rexburg. Without a doubt, I will be visiting 0500 Mechanics every time I need auto service whenever I am in southern Idaho.

I wanted to get my timing belt changed before a big trip and within one day the guys from 0500 Mechanics had the parts shipped and installed in my car, for the cheapest price I could find. They do great work!

I called them on the phone and they were very helpful on the phone and they said to come on over right then and they would be able to help me out. So I showed up 30 mins before they closed and they came out right away and looked at my car. It happened to be a quick fix and he was so kind about all of it! I would definitely recommend 0500 Mechanics and will be going back next time I have something go wrong with my car.

I was not excited about the cost to diagnose and repair the problem that I was experiencing with my daughters car. Later I removed the car form their lot to complete the repairs my self. I was indeed frustrated, but then I received a call from Chris who was excellent in following up with concerns. Chris was quick to offer assistance, which I appreciate very much. When the need comes up I will return to them again.
