Having your car go into the shop is never fun. But I have appreciated 005 Mechanics for their honesty in taking care of my son's car. Once something is fixed we have not had a problem. And I know they are not going to tell me do unnecessary things to the car.

It was a little bit pricier than what I was expecting. Overall though it was good service.

After a few exchanges of words the manager gave me a call to apologize for how he came across and clarified a few things on how things go from his standpoint and wanted to seek a better understanding and clear up any errors he made.

My family has been going here sience 1990? they always take care of my cars. I get the most out of my cars with there maintenance .They might not be the absolute cheapest, but they are very fair. I trust them anytime.

They were able to quickly fit in replacing my timing belt during a clearly, busy day for them. Chris and his staff never talked down to me and answered, in detail, every question I had. I have never had the same kind of down-to-earth service at a dealership. My service included a free NAPA service warranty, so I am always taken care of even if I am nowhere near Rexburg. Without a doubt, I will be visiting 0500 Mechanics every time I need auto service whenever I am in southern Idaho.
