AJ and the crew at 0500 Mechanics has always been amazing to my and my family...and my Buick that has never been in great shape. The last two times I came in, we had to split up what we could afford to fix and they were really great about keeping us informed of costs along the way and helping us prioritize repairs. Today we finally got the worst of it repaired and not only did the total cost come to below what we were expecting but they were able to do repairs in a single day that were originally thought to take two days while we waited for parts. They have a great track record with me of over-delivering! I am incredibly impressed, as always, with the customer service they provide and the quality work they do on my car!

These guys were great to deal with. Worked really hard to get my vehicle back on the road. Great service and supplied me with vehicle to go do some errand around town. Thank you.

My family and I were visiting Rexburg over the Christmas holiday 2015, and we got great winter weather. However, my California car wasn't ready for the cold, and the antifreeze froze when it hit -14!It was Friday, Christmas Day, and we were planning to leave for home the next Tuesday. Looked iffy. I felt to try 0500 Mechanics on Saturday, the 26th, even though they're closed on Saturdays like most garages in Rexburg. Fortunately, one of their mechanics was there on his own time working on a truck, and he was glad to speak with me and said they could take me first thing Monday morning. The other places we called couldn't fit us in.AJ at the service desk and his mechanic carefully worked over the diagnostics and called me several times to keep me informed as they worked over finding the source of the leaks caused by the freezing damage. By Tuesday afternoon, they had it all fixed and we made it back to San Diego with no problems.So thankful for excellent work!

I am very grateful that you were able to get me in first thing Monday morning, as an out-of-state customer whose van froze up in the cold and we needed to be going the next day. I really appreciate that you kept calling me with updates so we could make decisions together. Most of all I appreciate that you had the expertise and got it figured out and fixed!
