They did a great job, called me with prices, got parts ordered and there so I did not have to leave my car for a long time. Where honest and great to work with.

They were fair, fast, and my Subaru runs great! First mechanic shop I didn't feel where trying to rip me off and genuinely had the skill set to fix my car. Oh and they also give you a "mystery coupon" at the end that you can apply to your next purchase (anywhere from $5-100 off).

When they said they knew what they were doing, they actually did; and that reflected in a bill that was higher cost for parts than labor. When everyone else told me I needed a new engine, 0500 found the real issue and fixed it! Honest and Hard Working: Never "led me on" from one cost to another, and when they were done my bill was what they said it was (plus a discount they had running that I didn't know about but they gave me anyway). My husband and I have been with 0500 Mechanics for the past two months now and we've been very satisfied with our association with their business. We had a vehicle with a transmission issue that we sold to them and they were very patient waiting on us to figure out what we wanted to do with the vehicle. When we got a new vehicle we took it to them to them to check out and they were very thorough in their inspection. They make taking your car to the mechanic less stressful than usual because you can trust their service. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

I could not be more pleased with the service I received at 0500! I am new to Rexburg, and found 0500 through AAA as a recommended auto repair shop. I can see why they are recommended. They ran a diagnostic on my car immediately and were very fast repairing it. They kept labor costs down, did a great job on the repair, and were extremely professional, friendly, and informative. I have lived in a number of cities, and I know how tough it can be to find a trusted mechanic who is honest, fair, and does quality work. 0500 embodies all of these qualities. I will look no further for my auto repair needs in Rexburg. I highly recommend 0500!

If you want a place that will treat you and your vehicle right, go to 0500. They were great to work with, good customer service and competent mechanics. We had some major work done, and they were great to get it done and back to us in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My auto battery was going dead. I called and asked 0500 to have one on hand and I would be in town in a few days. I showed up at 8:00 AM on a Friday morning. Within less than a half an hour the best NAPA battery was installed and ready to go. I had a trailer with me with a bad tail light. On the spot I asked them to fix it. Without any delay it took them only a very short time to find the problem. Again, great friendly service at a very reasonable price. Thanks.

AJ and the crew at 0500 Mechanics has always been amazing to my and my family...and my Buick that has never been in great shape. The last two times I came in, we had to split up what we could afford to fix and they were really great about keeping us informed of costs along the way and helping us prioritize repairs. Today we finally got the worst of it repaired and not only did the total cost come to below what we were expecting but they were able to do repairs in a single day that were originally thought to take two days while we waited for parts. They have a great track record with me of over-delivering! I am incredibly impressed, as always, with the customer service they provide and the quality work they do on my car!
