Willing to work with you and even stay a little later if you're having car issues. Chris is a great mechanic. They have a guy that used to work for Honda and can give great advice beyond the work you're paying him to do.

Took it in thinking it was going to be a major repair, they took the time to troubleshoot, and it was much smaller problem.
